SØREN CHRISTIANSEN
Partner
Co-founder of AS/3 with more than 200 employees in Scandinavia. Responsible for establishing subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Also responsible for partnerships including LHH in the USA.
Has been and is an investor and chairman/board member in a number of growth companies including Hungry.com, Temponizer.dk, Mobaro.com, and MoreMusic.io.
Holds a Cand.merc degree from Aarhus University.

JAKOB FUHR HANSEN
Partner
Has established experience in the venture capital and private equity industry since 2011, including, as part of the partnership group at Nordic Alpha Partners and Vækstfonden (now EIFO) – which did investments and a number of exits in companies such as Universal Robots, Muuto, Billetto, IPvision, Green Hydrogen Systems, Re-Match, Spirii, Mater, and Agro Intelli.
Extensive experience with capital injections to growth companies. Has completed more than 30 private capital injections and raised more than DKK 750 million in capital to growth companies. Furthermore, responsible for 2 IPOs with a value of more than DKK 1.4 billion. Significant start-up experience having founded and sold a number of companies within IT, real estate, and energy.
Holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Financing & Accounting from Aarhus University.

KASPER DAMSØ
Associate Partner
Experience from management consulting with developing companies and strategies. Including communication and implementing sales and performance programs, for danish and multinational international companies like Mercedes-Benz, New Holland, Novo Nordisk and Ørsted.
Experience with private equity and family offices in Denmark and internationally.
Has been managing director of Strøjer Tegl which was sold to industry market leader. Positions af chairman of private owned businesses and board member of the Process Industry under Danish Industry. At the forefront of the green transition including position as vice chair of the Danish Governments Climate Partnership.
Holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Roskilde

THOMAS LØGSTRUP RIEBS
Associate Partner
Experience in developing companies and strategies, especially in internationalization with a special focus on the USA, including serving as the chairman for the Danish-American Business Council – Los Angeles, from the International Clientele Department at BNP Paris subsidiary Bank of the West in Los Angeles, and as an advisor to a number of Nordic companies in the USA.
Works with public and private international trade organizations and serves on the boards of bilateral trade chambers in the USA. Also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth – Los Angeles, which is the primary association for leaders within Private Equity.
Holds a Juris Doctor (Cand. Jur.) from the University of California, Los Angeles.
