About Flair Capital

Our most important role at Flair Capital is to maximize companies' growth potential by helping them find financing or equity capital through matching them with suitable investors and partners.

Flair Capital was founded by Søren Christiansen and Jakob Fuhr Hansen, both of whom have notable experience in business management and capital funding.

Jakob Fuhr Hansen has 12 years of experience in the Venture and Private Equity sector, most notably as a Partner at EIFO and Nordic Alpha Partners. In the equity capital sector, he has raised more than 500 mDKK in capital and executed two IPOs with a combined value of over 1.4 bDKK.

Søren Christiansen co-founded AS/3, growing the company to over 200 employees before selling his share in 2006. Since 2007, he has been an active investor, Chairman, or board member, most notably in Hungry.com, Temponizer.dk, Mobaro.com, and MoreMusic.io.

Flair Capital has been a member of ICFG since July 2024.

Seven steps - our work process

1 - Management

We strive to achieve a thorough understanding of the company's management, including their competencies and areas of responsibility. By creating a clear picture of the management team and their functions within the company, we can better assess whether our expertise and advice match the company's needs. This approach ensures that we are optimally positioned to support the company in achieving their goals.

2 - Company

We aim to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's overall operations, from their financial health and marketing strategies to their current market position. This includes understanding the industry in which the company operates, their production processes, and product offerings. This holistic approach ensures that we obtain the necessary basis to assess the company.

3 - Objectives

Understanding the company's specific objectives is essential, including their timelines, the size of capital infusion, or the sale of equity, and at what valuation. By gaining insight into these important aspects, we can more accurately assess how we can support the company in achieving their goals.

4 - Mandate

A cooperation agreement is signed if the previous steps meet everyone'sexpectations and requirements. Flair Capital will then become the company's exclusive advisor in the transaction process.

5 - Preparation

The preparation process can begin, during which materials are prepared. This includes research on potential buyers or investors, where through our network we have access to many investors, both through our own network and our international network with ICFG. Additionally, strategic plans, financial models, data rooms, and Information Memorandums are prepared.

6 - Outreach and negotiation

After the preparation process, outreach and negotiation can begin. This is the step where we reach out to potential investors or buyers. This step involves sending out a teaser, and if there is interest, sending out an NDA. After signing, an Information Memorandum is shared, which, after the counterpart's assessment, forms the basis for management presentations.

7 - Agreement

The agreement describes the process of signing the Term Sheet, negotiation points, transaction structures, and closing the deal. Additionally, a brief description follows of the transformation a company undergoes in the period after a completed transaction.
