Over many years, Skovbo Data has built a specialised audit business serving the Danish church sector. The business provides audit services to churches and parish councils and has developed significant sector-specific expertise and experience within the field.
The transaction follows the sale of Skovbo Data’s software and service activities to EG A/S. As a result, Skovbo Data’s two core business areas have been transferred through two separate asset deals to two independent buyers, each with its own strategic rationale.
