Flair Capital is pleased to have advised Skovbo Data on the sale of the company’s bookkeeping and church administration activities to Kirkeregnskab.nu.
Over many years, Skovbo Data has built a specialised bookkeeping and administration business serving the Danish church sector. The business provides a range of essential financial and administrative services to churches and parish councils, including ongoing bookkeeping, payment processing, payroll administration, reporting, budgeting and assistance with year-end closing.
The transaction follows the sale of Skovbo Data’s software and service activities to EG A/S. As a result, Skovbo Data’s two core business areas have been transferred through two separate asset deals to two independent buyers, each with its own strategic rationale.
We would like to thank Martin Ottesen for his trust throughout the process, as well as Pouline Middleton and Anne Hjøllund from Kirkeregnskab.nu and the other advisers involved for a strong and efficient collaboration.
Congratulations to all parties on a successful transaction.
